(dance part: 12:15–13:15 , so you have time to arrive, connect, breastfeed and get ready before and after)

We will turn the room into a little dance party with our babies! I’ll be teaching together with my crew, and we’ll learn an easy-to-follow choreography made for mom brains, where feeling comes first 

Moms and babies are welcome whenever you both are ready for movement and babywearing after birth.

Please take breaks whenever you need and modify the moves if you or your baby don’t feel comfortable.
