Weekly Mom Jam – Babywearing Dance Class | Hamburg

Join us for a beautiful space to connect, grow, bond, and flow together. 🙌

Each class begins with a gentle, flow-inspired warm-up to help you settle into your body and connect with your baby. We’ll then learn a choreography step by step, building confidence and adding new elements throughout the month so you can truly make it your own.

The final 15 minutes are left open for free movement, baby crawling time, chatting, and connecting with other moms in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

Who can join?

Moms are welcome to join as soon as they feel physically ready to dance and babywear after birth. Babies can participate once you and your little one are comfortable and familiar with babywearing and as soon as it is  stable and supported enough to comfortably participate in gentle movement while being carried.

(if you're unsure if your carrier fits right, it's best to arrange a babywearing consultation beforehand)

During class, you are always welcome to breastfeed, bottle-feed, change diapers, or take a break whenever needed. If any movement doesn’t feel right for you or your baby, please feel free to modify it or simply sit it out. Your comfort and well being always come first.
